Cases are allocated based on the experience and caliber of candidates. The course covers exodontia and minor oral surgery such as impaction, surgical extraction, alveoloplasty, endosurgery, etc. After the theories, Dental Home Academy provides practical training, live demonstrations, and patient training. Comparing the skills and competencies required to perform clinical procedures, each candidate will be assigned 40 to 50 dental cases. In summary: Case discussion, formative and summative assessments play a key role during the course curriculum in quality assurance For better and easier understanding of the subject, it is recommended that every candidate should study minor oral surgical procedures, principles of surgical instruments, post-operative management manuals, nursing principles, BLS, suturing techniques, dental emergency, etc. – Malamed, Laskin, Cruger, and Basic Surgical Protocol manuals. The first week of the program will cover the fundamentals and guiding principles of a complete theory lesson and practical training, followed by patient training. There will be daily face-to-face mentoring sessions before the case starts. Each participant will be provided with 40 extractions, 6 impactions, 10 trans alveolar extractions, and other surgeries depending on case availability.
